When this is done properly and in conjunction with sport-specific training, it is much easier for young athletes to acquire new sport-related skills, reach their full athletic potential, and keep injury risk low.
Our Youth Sports Performance model includes both individual and team programming designed to develop and strengthen efficient movement. By meticulously teaching movements like squatting, lunging, and overhead pressing, we ensure that each athlete develops the coordination and body awareness to maximize their performance in their sport or activity. More importantly, these movement skills transfer outside of their athletic endeavours, helping to protect them from injury throughout their lives.
