On top of our physiotherapy services, we offer fitness services for people of all ages and fitness levels.

We work with a variety of people, from athletes to people looking to improve their health to reach a variety of fitness goals. Whatever your goals are, a member of our fitness team will be with you along the way to get you to them.

Our Personalized Exercise Plans are based on a thorough assessment, and can incorporate recommendations from your physiotherapist  to support you in pursuit of your health goals.

The ProCoach program is ideal for busy professionals.
