Endeavour Rehab

We have extensive experience working with a wide variety of musculoskeletal conditions, including shoulder and rotator cuff injuries, tennis elbow, acute and chronic low back pain, hip and knee pain, foot and heel pain, and running injuries. We frequently treat both pre- and post-operative patients, helping to maximize function following surgical procedures.

Our Personalized Treatment Plans are based on a thorough assessment, and incorporate specialized techniques to support you in pursuit of your health goals.

Functional Assessment

This detail-oriented approach evaluates both global and local movement patterns. This process helps to identify dysfunctional relationships between muscle groups and related nerves that can be addressed through integrated treatment.

Neurofunctional Acupuncture

This painless, anatomical approach produces immediate and lasting improvements in strength, range of motion, and pain. Thin acupuncture needles are used to specifically target muscles and nerves related to weakness and altered movement patterns.

Advanced Manual Therapy

These specialized techniques reduce many of the tissue restrictions that contribute to pain and altered movement patterns. This can have profound effects on the mobility of muscles, fascia, and connective tissues.Manual therapy works your muscles to strengthen them and get your movement patterns back to the way they should be.

RedCord

RedCord is a therapy technique that allows us to limit the impact of body weight and gravity while isolating specific muscles to get them stronger and functioning better without causing pain or increasing any existing pain.

Sport and Functional Exercise

Movement re-training is an essential part of rehabilitation and improving functional performance. This includes prescription of exercises that emphasize movement patterning, strength through all ranges of motion, and coordination.

The Boost Program

The Endeavour Boost Program combines 2 of our rehab techniques, RedCord and Multisegmental Acupuncture. This program is ideal for keeping your body on track, decreasing your risk of injury. With only one treatment of an hour each month, it is easy to build into your schedule. This program also works very well as an add-on to your treatment plan in recovery from an injury.

Sports Taping

Taping helps protect injured or vulnerable tissues to allow adequate healing during activity. Kinesiotape provides kinetic feedback to the body to modify activity of muscles to promote correct postures and reduce muscle strain.
