Born in Thailand, Rosie spent most of her childhood living in Thailand, Nepal and Bangladesh. She values the cultural diversity in perspectives and disciplines on how to approach a healthy lifestyle. After leaving her job working as a Corporate Learning and HR Consultant for an international firm, she focused on holistic yoga, training and nutrition coaching.
Her approach is personal and encouraging and she believes from experience that consistency, practice and patience are the main pillars in creating a healthy life. Students of all levels can thrive in her classes. Whether you are new to yoga or an experienced practitioner, these classes will suit your needs.
