When you have performance-based goals, we like to start with a thorough assessment to find any weaknesses that might leave you at risk for injury or limit your performance. It takes into account your basic movements, like squatting, lunging, lifting and pulling as well as sport-specific movements based on any activities you do regularly. We may also bring in one of our trainers for an Integrated Movement Session, to assess more thoroughly you sport-specific movements.
