On top of our physiotherapy services, we offer fitness services for people of all ages and fitness levels.

We work with a variety of people, from athletes to people looking to improve their health to reach a variety of fitness goals. Whatever your goals are, a member of our fitness team will be with you along the way to get you to them.

Our Personalized Exercise Plans are based on a thorough assessment, and can incorporate recommendations from your physiotherapist to support you in pursuit of your health goals

Personal Training

Private training will simplify the process for you and provide you with an appropriate blueprint (built specifically for you) to best help you reach your health, fitness and/or performance related goals.

Strength and Conditioning

Group, sport-specific training to improve a variety of skills essential to your sport. The program is developed by both our physiotherapists and trainers to ensure training is safe, effective and will grow with your athletes


Yoga is a great way to improve physical fitness and as an add-on to your exercise regimen to aid recovery. Personal and group classes available.

Integrated Movement Sessions

Most people have developed their movement patterns over many years, which in some ways contribute to the symptoms they experience. Our Integrated Movement Sessions are one-on-one sessions with our fitness experts to provide you the cues and feedback needed to move better for the long term
